- 150g pork loin steak, cut into strips
- 200g long grain rice
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 100g frozen peas
- Bunch of spring onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, peeled and coarsely grated or cut into thin strips
- 100g cooked ham, diced
- 100g cooked prawns
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- chilli sauce, to serve (optional)
