  • 150g pork loin steak, cut into strips
  • 200g long grain rice
  • 1 medium egg, beaten
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 100g frozen peas
  • Bunch of spring onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and coarsely grated or cut into thin strips
  • 100g cooked ham, diced
  • 100g cooked prawns
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • chilli sauce, to serve (optional)
  • For the marinade
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • Pinch of Chinese 5-spice
    • 1/4 tsp garlic granules
