Penne Rigate in Vodka
Ingredients
50g butter
Sliced cooked ham
2 tbsp tomate puree
1 tbsp parsley
4 tbsp cream
3 tbsp vodka
250g penne pasta
Salt and pepper
Method
Cook the penne in a pan
Melt the butter in a separate pan and add the ham, tomato puree and parsley
Cook for 5 minutes with salt and pepper
Stir in the cream and vodka and cook until evaporated
Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve
