Fusilli Pizza Pasta
Ingredients
Butter for greasing
Tin of chopped tomatoes
Olive oil
Pinch of dried oregano
1 tbsp chopped basil
300g fusilli pasta
40g parmesan cheese
70g mozarella cheese, diced
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C and grease an ovenrpoof dish with butter
Process the tomatoes to a puree in a food processor
Heat the oil in a pan and add the tomatoes and cook until thickened
Stir in the oregano and basil and remove from the heat
Cook the pasta and drain and return to pan and pour sauce over
Sprinkle with half the parmesan and toss well to mix
Spoon the mixture into ovenproof dish and top with diced mozarella and half the parmesan and drizzle with oil
Bake for 10 minutes until the mozarella starts to melt and serve
