Penne Arrabbiata
Ingredients
Oil
2 chicken breasts, optional
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 fresh chilli, de-seeded and chopped
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
250g penne pasta
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Method
Heat oil in frying pan and cook chicken then add garlic and chilli and cook until garlic browns
Add tomatoes to the pan and season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes
Cook the penne in a pan of salted water
Add penne to the frying pan and toss at a high heat for a few minutes
Serve with parsley
